Buster, my beloved pet of 10 yrs, passed away about 3 weeks ago. The pain of losing my fur baby has been unbearable. Having to make final arrangements isn't easy either. However, after making a couple of inquiries, I came across Pet haven. They were my saving grace throughout this entire process. From start to finish, Louis and his team were courteous, empathetic, attentive and willing to accommodate without hesitation. I was treated as if they knew me for a long time. They went above and beyond in making this process a seamless one for me. I thank you wholeheartedly for being there for me during this difficult time and for bringing my dog back home. I am forever grateful for you.

Pet Haven in New York City showed extreme sensitivity to me when my cat passed away. I greatly appreciate all of the services from Pet Haven, including my cat’s private cremation, the certificate of cremation and my cat’s beautiful urn with an engraved nameplate. In addition, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pet Haven to pet owners who want and need excellent service for themselves and their beloved pets.

Definitely recommend this service when end of life comes to Pets. I was happy that they come to the home and picked up my sister's dog who passed away. They sent me a video of the preparation before cremation and received the urn in a box one week later. I was very happy with their service and the person I spoke to was very kind and offered his condolences.

We were devastated after losing Cherry after 15 years. Pet Haven came and got her the next day. They were very caring when they arrived. It was seamless. Within 2 weeks our grieving family received Cherrys ashes in a beautiful small wooden box with her name on it. We were not expecting that. It was a sweet touch and it made us feel she was well taken care of. Don’t hesitate to use their services. Pet Haven is great at a time you really need it. Their prices are fair as well. I came across Pet Haven shortly after my cat passed away on August 19th. I called them around 7:30am and they quickly responded to me. Q, who was the gentleman who picked up her body was able to get to me in under an hour. He was very kind and compassionate. I'm so glad I gave them that call because I was able to entrust my sweet girl to such wonderful people. I was also surprised at how affordable their services were. The owner sent me a kind message when he shipped out her ashes to me and it meant so much to me. Thank you for everything you all do. I know she was treated with dignity. I will definitely turn to Pet Haven again (hopefully not for a while lol) when the time comes for my other cats. Again, thank you all for making a difficult time a little easier ❤️
